Holding Off Ejaculation

Here is a recent question Dr. Ringold received from a young man suffering from P.E.:
Hello, I am 18 years old and I was recently diagnosed as bipolar and put on 200mg of Lamictal a day, before the medication I never had a problem prematurely ejaculating, now i'm lucky if I last more than a minute, and I'm supposed to be in my sexual prime. It seems that my sex drive as well as my stamina has been affected, do you think this is caused by the Lamictal? I don't want to miss the my sexual prime, so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot.

Your Lamictal possibly causes the change in your ability to hold off ejaculation. In the product literature it lists ejaculatory disturbances, but it does not tell what kind. I would advise you to continue the Lamictal and to talk to your doctor about the problem openly and honestly.

There is nothing that you can tell you doctor that he or she has not heard before and nothing that you should feel embarrassed over. Go ahead and talk to the doctor. My supplement cannot be used with Lamictal, and you definitely should not stop Lamictal in order to try this supplement.
