The question is often asked if Detain X really works or not?

Detain X is a proprietary blend of special ingredients that when combined and taken on a regular basis is believed to raise serotonin levels in the brain. Why is this important?

This is important because raising serotonin levels is the only scientifically proven method to help men delay orgasm, who are suffering from premature ejaculation.

While there is no magic pill that will instantaneously turn any man into a super stud in the bedroom, Detain X has been shown to help many guys. Just as even the strongest prescription medications don't always work for every person that takes them, Detain X will not work for every single man that buys it. Every man will respond differently. Some men may see extreme improvements, others will see mild to moderate improvements, and still others may see no improvement at all.

There is enough evidence, however, that Detain X is worth trying. Besides, the company backs it with a strong 90-day money back guarantee.
<!--

In a National Ambulatory Medical Care Survey (NAMCS) in 1985, it was found that out of 1,000 visits to a physician’s office, 7.7 visits were made for ED. The number of ED cases has gradually increased over the years. Thankfully, many drugs and other treatment options for ED are now made available. The use of vacuum devices, the introduction of more effective drugs such as sildenafil citrate and the discussions as well as psychotherapy for erectile dysfunction have become more acceptable in the society.

Read entire story ==> cure erectile dysfunction
<!--

You should also know that there are many different premature ejaculation solutions that have proven to be very helpful. As a man, you have probably heard of many different things you can do, from changing your masturbation habits to taking pills that are supposed to make you "last longer." In any case, there are many different types of solutions out there; you just have to find the one that works for you. But remember, you can treat P.E.

You have probably heard of the "start and stop" technique if you suffer from premature ejaculation. Though it may work, this technique usually isn't too enjoyable for your partner. Sexual intercourse should be pleasurable for both people, so this technique is one that you shouldn't try too often. There are many different solutions out there that are able to keep sex enjoyable for both parties.

There are many different types of solutions for P.E. Some are questionable; some offer only a temporary benefit, while others are known to help in the long run. Here are very effective solutions that won't cost you hundreds of dollars and won't make sex something that lacks pleasure and will help you last longer in bed.

One solution is to take herbal remedies. These remedies range from roots, herbs, herbal concoctions, and a multi-combination. If you are trying an herbal remedy as a way to solve your P.E., you will probably realize that there are two different types. One is in the form of cream. These herbal remedies are generally applied to the penis and are known to help you not ejaculate as fast. These creams usually have a sort of numbing effect that will desensitize the sensation of sex. Sex will still be enjoyable for the both of you, but you will be able to last much longer than you usually do. This solution is more temporary than long term.

You can also take these herbal remedies in pill form. These will help you relax and get rid of the tension that you have before sex. Because P.E. is linked to physiological issues, being able to be relaxed before sex can help you greatly. Without all of the bad emotions floating around in your mind, you can focus more on your partner rather than your P.E.

Another solution for P.E. is to do Kegel exercises. There is a muscle that controls ejaculation. If you are able to learn how to control and exercise the muscle, you can build it up to the point where you can control when you ejaculate, instead of losing control of the muscle and ejaculating too soon. These exercises help you last longer. One of the best ways to build up this muscle is to practice during urination. While urinating, try to stop your stream, and then start again. The more you try the more exercise this muscle is getting.

Lastly, try to think of different things during sex. Don't put so much focus on what you are doing during intercourse. Try to think of other things that don't have to do with sex. Some men count backwards, some try to say the alphabet backwards in his head, and others think about a situation that slightly turns him off but not too much.

In any case, there are many different premature ejaculation solutions that you can try in order to get control over your situation.
<!--

There are a lot of methods and techniques available which can make you your companion's dream lover. Sigmund Freud once said "sex is all in the mind."

It is true isn't it?

The moment a man sees a pretty woman, he gets turned on. The pretty woman did not turn him on; it was his mind which turned him on.

Now picture this; you are indulging in passionate lovemaking with your partner and getting her excited. She is in the throes of passion when suddenly you cannot control yourself and you ejaculate! Imagine her disappointment and her dissatisfaction! And to add the icing on the cake, imagine the effect it will have on your libido! Hence, preventing premature ejaculation is the key to a satisfying sex for your lady love.

Here are some techniques to prevent premature ejaculation which have been adopted by men through the years examined in detail:

Think about anything but sex:

This method is quite an age old method. Here you need to start thinking of anything which is non sexual in nature. You can think about basketball, football a cricket match or a racing event. This method is free and does not require anything except your own thinking ability.

However, this method is not very successful since women are quite perceptive and they come to know when you are not thinking about them.

So, if you employ this method, you may not end up ejaculating prematurely but you may end up having a fight with your partner. So this method is definitely not recommended since it may serve to worsen your relationship rather than improve your performance.

Climax control condoms and penile desensitizing creams:

These creams and condoms promise a lot on the television and newspaper advertisements. They show you happy sated couples who have had a night full of fun. However, these creams may not be a lifelong solution to your problem. Imagine, you are making love with your partner and suddenly you realize that you need to put on this condom or rub this cream before the foreplay is even finished! You will end up losing your ardor right there. Hence thought the climax control condoms make you last longer but they are definitely not a permanent cure.

Natural methods to prevent premature ejaculation:

Nature has an answer to everything. There are a lot of natural methods available to prevent premature ejaculation. There are also plenty of exercises which can help you in preventing premature ejaculation and increasing your muscle tone.

Sex is all about giving and receiving pleasure and love. Preventing premature ejaculation is easy if you know the right method and right technique. You can try reading books like Kama sutra, Chinese garden and other literature to know about the natural methods of preventing premature ejaculation. The most important thing here is to understand that sex and lovemaking is merely an expression of the innermost feelings and desires of a couple.

Who else wants to discover how to stop premature ejaculation and how to last longer in bed For more information and ways to help you perform better sexually, visit these links today.
<!--

Premature ejaculation is not a subject that's taboo. Not even if you secretly nurture hopes of matching exaggerated heights of sexual pleasure set by erotic novels.

There has always been a difference of opinion as to 'how fast' may be considered 'premature.'

In the Melanesian culture for example, ejaculating within 15 seconds of coitus is considered normal. Now that's way too fast by any standard. So let's just say, if you are one of those 'giving' men, for whom complete sexual pleasure comes with mutual satisfaction, your erection should last the complete response cycle of both partners, until you reach orgasm. Now this may not coincide with the woman reaching orgasm because some women do not climax during intercourse but only through clitoral stimulation. That should be your duration between 'high' and 'dry' conditions. So if you are suffering from the problem of premature ejaculation, the first step to curing it will be to admit the condition and analyze what may be causing it.

The male orgasm is not just a simple mechanical process of the reproductive system but something that may be deeply affected by psychology. Let's say, that a simple happy man is more likely to be happy in bed in comparison to someone who is perpetually depressed or anxious. General anxiety or anxiety about performance, and mental depression have been diagnosed as causes for premature ejaculation; so one way of treating it would be professional psychological help, if necessary. Doctors now prescribe SSRIs (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors) such as Prozac to men with premature ejaculation. Delayed ejaculation is a well-documented side effect of SSRIs. Just be aware of the fact that anti-depressants may have an adverse effect on libido too.

Exercising the mind and body has helped men to evolve lots of potential that have often lay dormant within. Healthy life-style habits and moderation in drinking and smoking or even total abstinence is a primary requisite for those who are seeking to curb their premature ejaculation problems. Sometimes the cause for PE may be a medical condition like pelvic trauma or surgery, in which case it would be best to get the symptoms identified and accordingly treated by an experienced practitioner.

Sometimes, it may simply be that the time isn't right. Contrary to the feminist belief that men are always up to it (pun intended) the poor man may actually be too tired or too stressed out for any satisfactory performance, leave alone sexual. Of course there may be an opposite condition too, caused by increased excitation, when the time is equally not right. The latter case may be a result of lengthened foreplay, long abstinence or over enthusiasm, as in the case of inexperienced teenagers. The mantra in both scenarios is to relax and take a breather. Even masturbation may help in this case to control the excitement and make the sexual exercise an enjoyable routine instead of a rude 'thank you ma'am' disaster. What men should know is the length of their 'refractory period'- the duration after one ejaculation till the completion of which another orgasm is not possible.

De-sensitizing the penis using a topical anesthetic is sometimes advised by the doctor to check premature ejaculation. The process may be messy and is not too widely advocated. Using a condom is a better option in that case

What has to be generally understood and accepted is that premature ejaculation is just another physical problem that can be resolved if the cause is identified accurately. Sex is inevitable and therefore a denial of sexual satiation is bound to lead one to depths of mental agony where the problems will be much more intense.

Who else wants to discover how to stop premature ejaculation and how to last longer in bed? One common belief that many have of premature ejaculation is that it is the result of a learned behavior that is acquired at a young age, generally during adolescence. Many believe that when a teenager begins to masturbate, he tries to orgasm as quickly as possible so that he is not caught by his parents. People believe that this leads to a long term effect that trains the brain to ejaculate quickly because of past experiences.

While this theory may seem make sense and seem completely believable, it is in fact false. Premature ejaculation is a health problem, nothing that can be forced into the brain because of experiences with ejaculation in the past. There have been many studies on the condition, and there are three main causes that doctors have been able to pinpoint after conducting their studies.

The condition is something that plagues 1 out of every 3 men. Men that suffer from P.E. are usually younger than 40, but the condition has no age limit. Because so many men suffer from P.E., many are left wondering what actually causes it.

Read the entire story ==> Premature Ejeculation

<!--

Now, men regularly discuss the possible cures of premature ejaculation with their family doctor.

The topic of premature ejaculation wasn't discussed for a few reasons. For one, the sexual liberation of women has made tremendous strides and opened the door for women to feel empowered with their sexuality; and feeling comfortable exploring and enjoying sex. There once was a time when men thought sex was for them to enjoy and for women to do. These days are over.

Women, nowadays, expect the same performance and effort from their partners as men do from them. Actually, I'm sure they always did. It's just being talked about more openly now.

This has brought the subject of P.E. to light, causing men to find answers that help them last longer in bed and how to stop premature ejaculation.

The pressure to perform well and last longer has literally pushed some men into having "performance anxiety", which can lead to both erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation, or P.E.

Read the article discussing the best ways of preventing premature ejaculation and controlling performance anxiety.
<!--

It is characterized by a lack of voluntary control over ejaculation. Masters and Johnson stated that a man suffers from premature ejaculation if he ejaculates before his partner achieves orgasm in more than fifty percent of his sexual encounters. Other sex researchers have defined premature ejaculation as occurring if the man ejaculates within two minutes of penetration; however, a survey by Alfred Kinsey in the 1950s demonstrated that three quarters of men ejaculated within two minutes of penetration in over half of their sexual encounters. Today, most sex therapists understand premature ejaculation as occurring when a lack of ejaculatory control interferes with sexual or emotional well-being in one or both partners.
<!--

And the worst part is, it can be filled with contaminates and you might say, “How can that happen?”

Sponsors Ad

----------------------------------------------------------

Last Longer In Bed: Gain confidence and

avoid embarassment. Proven and guaranteed

to work. Visit now.

----------------------------------------------------------

Well, it’s because over the counter supplements are treated as foods and it’s much like an ear of corn. When you go into the market and purchase a dozen ears of corn, you don’t have anybody telling you that’s an ear of corn; you take it on faith. You look at it and it’s an ear of corn.

The same happens when you go to the store and buy a supplement, let’s say, of Glucosamine or a supplement of Echinacea or 5HTP. No one inspects it; no one makes sure that it is uncontaminated. It’s treated as a food. And somehow, the prettier the label, the more likely it is to be purchased. Well, that pretty label doesn’t mean anything. When these things have been evaluated by scientists who are reputable, they’re found to be lacking, very often, and often contaminated with things as bad for you as lead.

So I embarked upon finding a very reputable source for all of my ingredients and I’m very happy to have a laboratory out of Pittsburg called Douglas Laboratories that makes my Detain X and I can rely on them 100% as can you.

So enough about Detain X. Let’s talk a little bit more about relationships and how we can help. First and foremost, it’s very, very important for you to be open and honest with your mate. And it’s very important for your mate to be open and honest with you. She has to understand that ejaculation is something that is out of your control and that you need help.

The help can come in the form of a supplement like mine; the help can come in the form of a prescription medication. The help can come in form of different kinds of sexual play. It can come in the form of lack of intercourse all together. But it requires communication.

So I’ll sit down with a man and woman, regardless of their age, and I’ll say, “Look, here’s the first thing we have to do. When you’re having intercourse right now, the man is having an orgasm. He’s sexually fulfilled but he’s emotionally unfulfilled because he feels ashamed and embarrassed and weak. And he feels less than adequate. He feels that he’s not a good lover.

He feels that you’re unhappy. He feels that he can’t compare with your last lover, if you had another lover or he can’t compare with your last husband, if you were divorced, say, and are remarried to him. He has all these thoughts that make him feel bad inside.”

So what a woman will often do is their sensitive nature and their sensitive side makes them recognize that the man is suffering. So they’ll often do something that’s very motherly. They’ll say, “Oh, I’m okay. I don’t have to have an orgasm every time. It feels good to me. The intimacy is good. I like the closeness.” But the truth is, those things may be true to a small degree, but the full truth is there’s an absence of something and that leaves the woman sexually frustrated. It hurts the interpersonal relationship.

It causes interpersonal relationship problems and it leads to dissatisfaction with intercourse and even a diversion so that they don’t want to have intercourse. And the old joke, I have a backache tonight or I’m too tired becomes a real deal. But really, it’s I don’t want to have intercourse because I never have any fun.

So we’ve got to start with communication and it becomes imperative that the man become a partner who seeks other ways to please his wife or his girlfriend or his lover. And he can’t do this in a stingy fashion. It can’t be me first, it can’t be I’m going to come and you’re not going to. It’s got to be gentle and loving. It may involve masturbation before you have intercourse.

Being a loving kind of man, make your partner have an orgasm before you do most of the time instead of vice versa. Most guys who suffer from PE, they’re having all kinds of orgasms, but their partner never is. Well, you go to work and make sure that your partner has an orgasm first, more often than you do, to show that you’re a sensitive lover; whether that requires oral sex, whether that requires a sexual toy, whether that requires masturbation with a lubricant like K-Y Jelly.

Whatever is required, you do. And you communicate about it and you find things that are comfortable for you and understand that anything that you do behind closed doors that is acceptable to the two of you in your relationship is normal. Nobody should be judging what you do in your relationship.
<!--

On the other hand, if a man was ejaculating in one minute and suddenly found that he could go 15 minutes, they weren’t reporting anything. And the same held true for women. Women would come in and report that they were having more trouble achieving orgasms and it could be a significant problem for women because it often takes women 10 to 20 minutes to have an orgasm with proper stimulation. And if that’s delayed, very few men are able to have intra-vaginal intercourse for a long enough period of time to help a woman achieve orgasm if it’s going to take 30 or 40 minutes.

So in any event, when all this data is analyzed, it was realized that these drugs could be used for premature ejaculation for men. I began exploring that and looked for nutritional ways to increase levels of serotonin and realized that this was one reflex in the body that something could be done to improve. Like I had alluded to earlier, if somebody taps on your knee with a reflex hammer and hits the correct spot, your knee is going to spring forward. And there’s no medicine, there’s no thinking, there’s no trying to suppress it, it’s just going to happen. But the good news about premature ejaculation is is when the level of serotonin is increased in the brain; it appears to have some kind of inhibitory effect on ejaculation and is able to delay the reflex. Once the reflex begins, it still happens. But the serotonin somehow can delay the reflex.

So when we started research for my product, which is called Detain X, I did a lot of physiological research and there are many textbooks that state that certain elements in our diet can increase our serum level of serotonin. And it was this information that led me to embark upon searching for a nutritional way to treat premature ejaculation.

Detain X has been on the market for awhile now, and we’ve treated thousands of men and we have lots and lots of customers who’ve given us some tremendous testimonials. Like anything, it doesn’t work for everybody. Neither do the SSRI’s, the prescription medicines. But what I do know is this; it is important what supplement is taken and it’s important where that supplement is manufactured.
<!--

We all probably know the old story of think about baseball. Think about something that’s unrelated to sex while you’re having sex. Well, it doesn’t work.

Men are too embarrassed to talk about premature ejaculation so as I said earlier, only about 12% ever address it with a doctor and what they do often is they listen to other guys boast about their prowess and their great abilities in bed to have intercourse two or three times a night and to have their girlfriend or wife jumping off the walls. Usually this kind of bravado is self-fulfilling and nothing more than that. It’s usually just bravado. But when a man who ejaculates in 1.8 minutes hears these kinds of stories, it leads to embarrassment and a sense of weakness and a sense that they’re a poor lover and it can be extraordinarily hurtful to their relationship.

As I alluded to earlier, I like to do couple counseling because I like to make women aware that men do not have control over this from a perspective of simply thinking about it and trying to last longer. Ejaculation is a reflex. That means that we have all had experience with being at the doctor when they tap your knee with the reflex hammer and if they hit the right spot, absolutely nothing on earth can keep your leg from springing forward. Well, it’s the same with ejaculation. Once a man is sufficiently aroused and the penis and the penal head, called the glans penis, when the man is sufficiently aroused and the glans penis, an orgasmic reflex has begun and it cannot be stopped. And men are unable to time that; they’re unable to suppress that.

However, unlike the reflex at the knee, there’s some good news. And that’s what I like to explain to couples as well. The good news was found fortuitously. The good news was found accidentally. Beginning about two decades ago, as newer anti-depressant medicines were being discovered, a class of drugs emerged that was called the SSRI’s – Sam Sam R-I’s. That stood for Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors. Now, serotonin is a chemical in our brain. It’s a natural chemical in our brain and these selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors, they didn’t make us feel intoxicated, they didn’t make us feel drugged. They simply delayed how quickly our body broke down our natural serotonin into the chemicals that it consisted of so that we normally have this serotonin bath going on in our brain and it’s being broken down all the time. It’s being manufactured and it’s being broken down.

And we theorize that in people who are depressed, it’s either a less-than-effective serotonin or a less-than-adequate amount of serotonin. But nonetheless, the problem leads to depression and a lack of a sense of fulfillment or happiness.

Well, these new medicines simply allowed a normal chemical, a normal, natural chemical that we were making every day, to build up at a higher level in our brain. And when our brain was bathed in this higher level of serotonin, we, as people felt a sense of wellbeing. We felt a better sense of completeness. We felt some happiness. Well, ironically, patients who had been suffering from depression who also were suffering from premature ejaculation came in and started reporting to doctors that they were having trouble ejaculating.
<!--

Premature ejaculation is not just ejaculation that occurs before a man wants it to but rather ejaculation that occurs very soon—often within a minute or two—after penetration.

Many experts believe that premature ejaculation almost always results from anxiety or other psychologic causes. Others think that unusually sensitive penile skin may be a cause. Premature ejaculation is rarely caused by a disease, although inflammation of the prostate gland or a nervous system disorder can cause the condition.
Premature ejaculation can distress a man and his partner. If the man ejaculates too early, the partner may be left unsatisfied sexually and may become resentful.

Behavior modification therapy can help most men overcome premature ejaculation. A therapist provides reassurance, explains why premature ejaculation occurs, and teaches the man strategies for delaying ejaculation.

Other methods that can help a man delay ejaculation include drug treatment (with a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor such as fluoxetine. Application of an anesthetic to the penis, and use of condoms, which tend to decrease sensation. Sometimes a combination of drug treatment and behavioral therapy enables a man to delay ejaculation even longer than he might be able to with only one of these treatments. When premature ejaculation is caused by more serious psychologic problems, psychologic therapy may help.
<!--

But at the same time, when I ask them how they address this in their relationship, they’ll often say that they tell their boyfriend or their husband that they’re happy and that everything’s okay so that when their male partner ejaculates very quickly and they’re unable to achieve an orgasm, they will tell the partner that everything is okay. The male will often be apologetic and contrite and the female will say, “Oh, that’s okay. I enjoy sexual intercourse. It feels good to me. Everything’s fine, don’t worry about it.” But deep inside, this is one area where women sometimes are less than honest.

On average, I think most people would agree that women are able to express their feelings far more adequately than men. But their sexual feelings, when it comes to their sexual feelings and when it comes to talking to men about their sexual feelings, they will often be somewhat submissive and tell the man that everything is okay. Yet when they talk to the doctor, it’s on a different playing field and they will tell the doctor that they’re unhappy.

And one large study that was done by the Journal of Sexual Medicine, 1587 men were followed and their ejaculatory habits were recorded. In men who suffered from premature ejaculation, their average time from penetration to intra-vaginal ejaculation was only 1.8 minutes. Now, it would be most unusual for a woman to have an orgasm in 1.8 minutes. It’s not impossible, but it would be most unusual. Most women require more sexual stimulation than this to have an orgasm. So if you’re a male and you’re listening to this and you ejaculate in anywhere from one to three minutes, it’s unlikely that your female partner is being fulfilled; even if she tells you that everything is okay, there’s a very good chance that emotionally, everything is not okay.

And I’m here to talk about things that you can do. First and foremost, it’s extraordinarily important to be open and honest; you have to communicate about this. You cannot simply have sexual intercourse time and time again; ejaculate rapidly and apologize. That just does not work. That will leave your spouse or your girlfriend or your lover unfulfilled and unhappy. And the woman will often begin to think that you have some ability to control this; that you have some ability to do a better job. That you’re performing in a stingy fashion.

Last Longer During Sex

More on this article => cure premature ejaculation
<!--

The fact of the matter is that premature ejaculation is hard to define. Let me give you an example. Let’s just say that it takes one man 14 minutes of intra-vaginal intercourse before he ejaculates. If it takes his partner 21 minutes of intra-vaginal intercourse to achieve an orgasm, and he has an orgasm in 14 minutes, then his spouse or girlfriend is going to be sexually unfulfilled. On the other hand, if his spouse or girlfriend achieves an orgasm in seven minutes or intra-vaginal intercourse, she would have two orgasms before he had one.

So you can see that it’s hard to define premature ejaculation because it can often be relative. The American Urological Association has really come up with a definition that describes it as a “sexual dysfunction by which ejaculation occurs so quickly that either one or both partners are displeased and it creates difficulty in their relationship.” It’s interesting that only about 12% of men who suffer from premature ejaculation ever seek help. That means if you’re listening to this tape, you’re in the unique position of being one of the 88% of men who normally would not be seeking help. You’re in a unique company because you’re trying to solve a problem that affects your relationship significantly.

Stop Premature Ejaculation
<!--

My name is Warren Ringold. I’m a medical doctor with an MD degree. I graduated from the University of Michigan Medical School in 1975. I’d like to tell you just a little bit about the University of Michigan.

In 1975, we were actually ranked second to Stanford University in terms of standardized testing that was done among medical students. So we came from a pretty elite medical school. Over the years, people from my class have become leaders in many different fields and I’m proud to say that just about every major specialty or sub-specialty is represented by someone from my class that has distinguished themselves nationally and many of them internationally.

My own personal history is that I became an emergency room physician for several years and then I opened a family practice outside of the Detroit, Michigan area. Currently, I’m 57 years old and I’m the Chief of the Department of Family Medicine of a major metropolitan hospital. At my hospital, we’re a top 100 hospital in the whole United States in cardiovascular care. And we affiliate with both the University of Michigan and Wayne State University, with students and residents rotating through our hospital. Both of these medical schools are still highly recognized.

Learn more about Dr. Warren Ringold
<!--

I purchased your supplement Detain X after reading through your web site. I have a question. After the purchase, I thought that I should get tested for my serotonin levels before I start taking the Detain X supplement. The lab that did the blood test said that the normal level of serotonin is 50 - 200 . I scored a 207. However I do suffer from PE where I only last one to two minutes at most when having intercourse. When your web site says low serotonin levels can be a cause of PE what are the tests considering a low level? Does a blood test for serotonin provide accurate results for what is taking place in the brain? It appears that having high levels of serotonin can cause other medical issues. If I do take your supplement, when should I worry about having away to high level of serotonin? Thanks for your time

Answer:
Serum serotonin levels are not a very good indicator of brain serotonin levels. I have seen patients with normal serotonin levels many times who benefit greatly from raising the overall serotonin level. I agree that we do not want it to get too high; however, the supplement is highly unlikely to do that. I would urge your to keep using the supplement. If you would have any side effects in my experience they would always go away quickly upon cessation of the supplement. I have never had a single person on DETAIN X who had any lasting side effect after stopping it so I do not consider trial runs troubling at all. The problem of PE is worth whatever small risk that exists for a potential side effect. Please give it a good try and see if your problem improves. I would not worry about the level of your serum serotonin. I hope this helps you with your decision. Good luck..... Sincerely, Warren J. There are numerous definitions for premature ejaculation. Quite simply it is when male ejaculation occurs prior to the time that would please both partners. This definition places no blame on either partner. In some instances a man might ejaculate in one minute; yet, his partner might have an orgasm in that time frame. Obviously this pleases both partners. However, if a man ejaculates within one minute and his partner takes seven minutes to have an orgasm, then both partners would not be pleased. The American Urological Association has adopted a definition for premature ejaculation. It states that “premature ejaculation is ejaculation that occurs sooner than desired, either before or shortly after penetration, causing distress to either one or both partners”....

Read entire article on understanding and coping with premature ejaculation
<!--
